Job Description
Build some of the best landscapes in Omaha! Ground Builders is expanding its installation crews and is seeking more top crew leaders! Each of our crews is outfitted with a newer dump bed truck, enclosed trailer, MT85 or 100 and all the quality tools needed to complete your tasks to the highest level. We invest in our team with the best tools, equipment and training around!

Job Duties
Layout projects to match designs and specifications provided
Assign job tasks to your team members
Train new team members
Coordinate deliveries
Request for a change order when needed
Work alongside your crew installing
Maintain company quality standards on projects
Coordinate with your project manager on project timelines and needs
Maintain a safe and clean job site
Keep track of all crew assigned tool inventories
Submit repair and maintenance requests for equipment and tools as needed to the shop
Keep track of materials on projects and a accurate expense log
Job Qualifications
3 years of installation with at least 1 year as crew leader
Drivers license (preferred)
CDL (Preferred)
Proficient in hardscape and landscape installation methods.
Skilled in working as a TEAM to accomplish a common goal
Ability to operate skid loaders, excavators and mini loaders

Compensation/Benefits
$23-$32/hour base pay DOE plus production bonus when goal is achieved
$55k to $80k per year expected total compensation when goals are exceeded
Higher pay during snow removal operations in the winter
