A boutique interior design firm in beautiful Bonita Springs is seeking a Junior Designer with a strong technical background in 3D visualization and CAD to help bring high-end residential design concepts to life.
This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, creative team and work directly with discerning clients on custom homes. You’ll step into the process after client discovery—translating their actual selections and materials into detailed, photorealistic renderings. This is not generic mood board work; it’s exacting, client-specific visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D renderings and visualizations using 3ds Max, V-Ray, and other rendering software, reflecting precise client-selected furnishings, finishes, and layouts.
Translate floorplans and elevations into CAD drawings with accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate closely with lead designers and clients to ensure visual alignment with their vision and selections.
Maintain exceptional attention to detail and spatial awareness to ensure realistic, buildable designs.
Update renderings and plans as design choices evolve.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with 3ds Max, V-Ray, rendering software, and CAD.
Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create lifelike, client-specific interior renderings.
Impeccable spatial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Experience in residential interior design is a plus, but not required.
