Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective designs. This role involves maintaining organized image and file libraries, staying updated on the latest design trends, and presenting design concepts to internal clients and senior-level management.

Responsibilities :

• Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website elements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Receive and implement constructive feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine designs.
• Independently conceptualize complex designs for diverse media projects, demonstrating a high level of creativity and innovation.
• Take our brand to the next level by ensuring that all creative deliverables uphold brand standards and contribute to our overall brand strategy.
• Create complex animated graphics and infographics that effectively communicate key messages.
• Develop and maintain well-organized image and file libraries to ensure efficient workflow and access to digital assets.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools to maintain a cutting-edge approach to graphic design.
• Present design concepts to internal clients and, at times, senior-level management, effectively communicating design rationale and strategies.
• Provide professional graphic arts, graphic design, graphic editing, document printing, audio/video support, and specialized multimedia support as needed for the design, development, maintenance, and updating of graphic arts, multimedia, and marketing materials.
• Contribute significantly to graphic designs, branding, and digital marketing projects within established timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Experience in maintaining brand consistency and elevating brand identity through design.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, and motivate strategic thinking.
