Jr. Project Manager

Our client is seeking an ambitious Entry-Level Project Manager who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting project planning, requirements gathering, and team coordination, helping to keep cross-functional initiatives running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves structure, thrives in collaborative settings, and is excited to build a foundation in project management while using tools like Jira and ServiceNow.

• Location: Onsite in Tempe, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, Charlotte, NC
• Duration: 6 month+ Contract to hire
• Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $55-60/hour W2
• No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role

What You’ll Do:

• Support planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements
• Manage and update project tasks and workflows in Jira and/or ServiceNow
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on action items
• Partner with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to drive project delivery

What Gets You the Job:

• 1–2 years of experience in a project coordinator, project manager, or business analyst role
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to document requirements and manage task workflows
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
