Job Description: Club IT Manager

Job Type : Part-Time

As the Club IT Manager at City Night-Life Entertainment Corp, you will oversee all aspects of the club’s information technology infrastructure. Your role is critical to ensuring that all IT systems—from security and surveillance to point-of-sale and communications—operate smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support the club’s operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT systems within the club, including POS systems, security cameras, access control, sound and lighting controls, and network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Oversee installation, upgrades, and maintenance of IT equipment and software
• Ensure data security and protection against cyber threats through robust security protocols and regular system audits
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT support and procurement
• Train staff on IT systems usage and best practices
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements
• Monitor system performance and plan for future IT infrastructure needs
• Support event technology requirements, including audiovisual and streaming setups
• Manage IT budget and resources effectively

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management, preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industries
• Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware, software, and cybersecurity principles
• Experience managing POS systems, surveillance technology, and audiovisual equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and training abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support club operations
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco, Microsoft) are a plus

Must be 21 years or older to apply

Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience , preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife environments.
