Instructionl Designer
Location: Ridgefield, Park, NJ
Schedule: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months with good possibility of extension
Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr

Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• 3 to 5 years’ experience
• Instructional design type of role – they need to teach ppl about their products in a way for all audiences to understand (1 pagers, e-learnings, PowerPoint deck, varies at different modalities)
• Graphic design experience – ability to tell a visual story – which makes it easy for various skill levels to understand, especially in a retail environment
• PowerPoint presentation designs
• Pivot and flex easily (not a traditional environment where you have 8 to 12 weeks to make something – rather quicker production)
• Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Audition, and light video editing
• Manage product categories with Product Managers, integrated marketing team, ensure approvals happens along the way, looking at content and ensuring when they’re completed - this gets routed through the program to for signoffs and execution
• Adding methodology and training for a wide-variety of audience levels in a retail environment
• Instructional Design - expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline
• Collaboration: ability to work closely with SMEs, gain business acumen, and understand what is needed to drive success in a timely manner
• Adaptability: ability to switch gears due to the demand of the business to meet new and changing deadlines
• Consumer electronics is a plus but not required
