Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and develop high-impact training solutions for data center operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and a highly collaborative team to create engaging, effective learning experiences that support cutting-edge technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and update coursework and training materials aligned with organizational objectives. - Partner with SMEs to influence and validate technical training content. - Ensure all learning solutions meet instructional design standards, accessibility guidelines, and deliver measurable outcomes. - Manage multiple projects and deliver updates on time. - Participate in team meetings and collaborate across functions to drive innovation in learning. Ideal Candidate Profile - Best vs. Average: o Significant experience working with SMEs to shape training programs. o Previous data center instructional experience is highly preferred. - Strong ability to balance technical accuracy with engaging instructional design. Performance Indicators - Quality of learning solutions and positive learner feedback. - Timely delivery of projects without compromising quality. - Alignment of training content with organizational goals. - Engagement metrics such as completion rates and assessment scores. - Effective collaboration and adoption of innovative tools (e.g., generative AI, microlearning).
