Institutional Work Study - Esports Assistant

Job Description:

The Office of Student Life is seeking (4) Institutional Work Study students at 10 hours each per week for the Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 terms. Duties include:

• Assist full-time staff with scheduling events, tournaments, and programs
• Ensure that student-athletes and staff behavior, as well as, program reputation are in alignment with the institutions values and mission
• Submit IT work order tickets for technical issues with the equipment
• Monitor and provide general cleaning of the Vanguard Esports Lounge
• Promote Esports and the Gaming Club at tabling and recruitment events

Required Qualifications:

Novice or intermediate proficiency in gaming technology. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Evening and weekend work as required.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour
