Duration: 12 months Responsibilities: Establish and maintain injection molding processes in a medical manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot production issues related to molded part quality. Monitor and report injection molding process issues. Perform DOE and establish processing windows for plastic parts. Document and maintain process records to ensure quality standards. Communicate technical information to process technicians, operators, and molding personnel. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. 3+ years of experience operating injection molding equipment. Preferred: RJG Master Molder I Certification, Associate Degree, or relevant technical training.
