We are seeking an Immigration Lawyer to work for a Sr. Attorney/ Project Manager for a DOJ EOIR contract. You will work directly with our project manager for the contract and also serve as a back up attorney (Qualified Representative) when necessary to represent Franco clients in immigration proceedings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the PM in developing a project management plan in compliance with the contract
- Oversee the work of immigration attorneys in multiple locations
- Assist the PM to ensure hearing deadlines are met
- Represent Franco clients if needed in immigration proceedings
- Perform related administrative and management functions as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of immigration law experience representing clients in asylum cases
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to stay organized under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- JD Degree from an accredited US law school
- Barred in at least one state
- Must be a citizen and able to obtain a public trust clearance
