We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kronos SSRS Reports IBM Cognos Data Module IBM Cognos Framework Manager IBM Cognos Dynamic Cubes Database and SQL IBM Cognos Reports and Cognos Powerplay Transformer.
This is a workfromhome position with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to Kronos SSRS Reports and IBM Cognos solutions.
Oversee the development and maintenance of IBM Cognos Data Modules to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Provide technical expertise in IBM Cognos Framework Manager to design and manage data models.
Develop and manage IBM Cognos Dynamic Cubes to optimize performance and data retrieval.
Utilize Database and SQL skills to manage and query databases effectively.
Create and maintain IBM Cognos Reports to meet business requirements and provide actionable insights
Implement and manage Cognos Powerplay Transformer models to support multidimensional analysis.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with business goals.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Cognos tools and best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications
Must have 7 to 10 years of experience in program management with a focus on technical skills.
Must have handson experience with Kronos SSRS Reports and IBM Cognos Data Module.
Must have expertise in IBM Cognos Framework Manager and IBM Cognos Dynamic Cubes.
Must have strong Database and SQL skills. Must have experience in creating and maintaining IBM Cognos Reports.
Must have knowledge of Cognos Powerplay Transformer.
