Cook Properties is New York State's largest owner and operator of manufactured housing communities. Our portfolio includes 100+ mobile home parks totaling 7,000 pads. We also own and manage 200,000+ square feet of commercial, retail, and office space, along with 2000 self-storage units.

Pay Rate: $20 - $23 per hour (commensurate with experience)

What you'll get to do:

As a HUD Specialist, you will:

• Install skirting around newly placed homes
• Unpack and install appliances
• Hookup utilities underneath new homes
• Repair trim work damaged in transit
• Drywall repair
• Misc. carpentry work as needed
• Assist other teams such as service and infill as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

What we seek:

• Comfortable with outside work 80 - 90% of the time in all seasons
• High School Diploma, preferred
• 2+ years' experience working in construction
• Interested in working in a Property Management company
• Must have a valid, clean Driver's license
• Organization and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
