We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Specialist in Austin, Texas. You will be part of an industry that focuses on ensuring smooth operations and maintaining accurate records. You will be the primary point of contact for various tasks, ranging from handling employee records to overseeing office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, ensuring all records are updated
• Act as a key liaison for changes in employee status, including new hires and terminations
• Ensure smooth workflow by managing daily office operations
• Oversee office supplies and inventory, including the ordering of necessary materials
• Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring it is clean and conducive for work
• Be the primary contact for facility management and building maintenance concerns
• Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and other necessary documents
• Manage company files, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policies
• Support team members with various administrative tasks and special projects when necessary
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees and conduct orientations
• Keep accurate records of company expenses and invoices
• Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding company operations and benefits.• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is mandatory
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential
• Must be adept in CRM usage
• Experience with About Time software is required
• Auditing skills are crucial for this role
• Demonstrable knowledge of Benefit Functions is needed
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary
• Compliance knowledge and experience are vital to perform the role effectively
