• Demonstrated human resources knowledge and experience

• Located within driving distance of Mechanicsburg for occasional in-office work

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:

• Support recruiting by coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and communications
• Assist with administrative duties related to an HRIS/payroll system conversion
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
• Manage communication tasks including follow-up calls and candidate outreach
• Help ensure smooth execution of key HR initiatives
