Human Resources Assistant Requirements:
- Demonstrated human resources knowledge and experience
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems
- Located within driving distance of Mechanicsburg for occasional in-office work

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting by coordinating scheduling, follow-ups, and communications
- Assist with administrative duties related to an HRIS/payroll system conversion
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate HR records
- Manage communication tasks including follow-up calls and candidate outreach
- Help ensure smooth execution of key HR initiatives
