JOB SUMMARY:

At HCW Hospitality, cleanliness is the cornerstone of a great guest experience. As a housekeeper, you’ll be a part of a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your attention-to-detail, high self-standards of cleanliness and exceptional guest service skills will ensure that every guest enjoys a spotless, comfortable stay.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist guests and team members alike.
• The physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
