High Reach Operator

As a High Reach Operator, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, selecting cases, and moving products within a distribution center. You will utilize a variety of material handling equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and timely.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products within the distribution center.
• Select and move cases using material handling equipment.
• Fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, walkies, and other equipment.
• Handle inventory management using RF scanners.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, and walkie equipment.
• Proficiency in picking orders and material handling.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience utilizing RF Scan guns.
• Ability to operate a variety of industrial fork truck equipment safely.
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Cat2 software or other RF programming.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English to understand work orders.

Work Environment:

You will work in a freezer environment with warehouse temperatures around 45 degrees. Freezer wear is provided for areas that can reach 20 degrees. Steel-toed boots are required for safety.

Job Type & Location:

This is a permanent position based out of New Oxford, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $46800.00/yr. Provide full benefits such as medical, vision and dental. Will also receive vacation time after 90 days of working there.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in New Oxford, PA.
