We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel Requirement: Flexible work environment with a mix of remove and in-office. Candidate must live in Atlanta Metro area.

As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals in various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
  • Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach via passive recruiting.
  • Conduct initial screenings , interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle , from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends , licensing requirements, and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates , industry partners, and professional organizations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in healthcare recruitment required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions.
