Numinar is a voter data platform that uses AI to synthesize a campaign's data, analytics, and outreach into a winning data-driven strategy. Our software has powered over 2,000 political campaigns to date and we are constantly obsessed with pushing the frontier of how data and technology can help win elections.

We're looking for a top-tier Head of Campaigns with extensive customer success and support experience to lead our customer success team and own our user relationships and customer journeys. This critical leadership role will work closely with the CEO to run one of our most important organizational functions.

Responsibilities

• Implementing our Intercom customer service platform
• Managing a team of customer support / success representatives
• Building strong relationships with our most important enterprise customers
• Synthesizing customer feedback into product strategy
• Organizing our support documentation and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in customer support / success teams
• Experience working in political campaigns

Bonus Points

• You have held management roles in mature CX orgs
• You have data or software technical experience
• You can relocate to our HQ in Washington, D.C.
