Job Description

Language Trainers is a successful language training company working with freelance teachers of 70 different languages in hundreds of towns and cities across the world. Students are either in-company or self-funded who need to learn a language at their office or their home for work, family or travel reasons. Founded in 2004, the company’s motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere!

One of our clients in Boston, MA would like to have one-to-one Greek classes.
Some details about the course:

• The student wishes to have classes at her home in Boston, 02114
• Length of the course: 20 hours. Classes should be two hours long, held once per week on Saturdays or Sundays (time is flexible) or on Fridays (anytime after 4 pm)
• Start date: early- mid January.
• Student’s current language level: Beginner.
• Main focus: Speaking skills.
• Motivation: I'm going to Greece in April and would like to learn some basics. I have done a bit on my own including the alphabet/pronunciation.

The ideal teacher should:

• Be a native Greek speaker or hold a teaching degree.
• Have experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
• Hold a valid working visa.
• Live within 20 miles of the client’s location.

Please note that the location and schedule may be flexible based on your and the client’s availability. The hourly rate is negotiable depending on qualifications and experience. This is a freelance, part-time position, and we are not able to sponsor visas.
