Graphic Design Internship Summer 2025

RF-SMART is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join its Marketing Department. This position will report directly to the Global Director of Content Marketing. This position is focused on the full spectrum of corporate in-house design responsibilities. You will be assisting with the design, development and production of print and digital marketing materials that comply with our corporate branding standard.

What You'll Do:

• Provide support for the design, development, and production of print and digital marketing communications materials
• Assist with creating and updating collateral documents, tradeshow graphics, animations, social media posts, and PowerPoint decks
• Create design elements and graphics for use in web display
• Assist with video editing and photography projects
• Communicate and work with other members of the Content Marketing Team

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Must have experience in typography, layout, branding and image manipulations
• Web design and HTML knowledge a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to provide a portfolio or .pdf examples of completed relevant design work
• Must be flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while doing a great job

The RF-SMART Internship Program exists to partner with students to equip them with the skills they need to become successful professionals while they complete meaningful work at RF-SMART, while supporting our mission of transforming our customers and changing lives.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the RF-SMART Summer Internship Program, students must meet the following requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
• Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours
• Available to work 40 hours per week on-site at US East Office in Jacksonville, FL
• Eligible to work in the United States of America for any employer without the need for future sponsorship

Details of the Program:

• Duration: 5/12/2025 – 8/1/2025 (12 Weeks)
• Hours: 40hrs per Week (9am-5pm Eastern Time)
• Pay: $20 per Hour
• Learning & Development Activities: Approximately 5-6hrs per Week of these activities including: Group Project, Meet the Leader Sessions, Mentorship Program, and classes focused on professional growth
