Job Title: Commercial Construction Project Manager

Position Overview
The Project Manager is a critical role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to achieve project goals.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
• Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and proactively addressing potential delays.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
