Position: Full-Time Live-In Nanny
Location: Boca Raton Florida
Compensation: $70,000 per year + benefits
Overview:
A professional family with two children (ages 3 and 2) and a newborn expected in November is seeking a highly experienced, full-time live-in nanny. The ideal candidate will have extensive infant and toddler experience, the ability to work collaboratively with a second full-time nanny, and a proven track record of providing engaging, developmentally focused care. This is a long-term position for a candidate seeking stability and commitment.
Responsibilities
Support developmental milestones through play, reading and structured routines.
Partner effectively with an additional full-time nanny to ensure seamless care.
Perform light household duties, including family laundry and maintaining house organization.
Travel domestically with the family (approximately 5 trips annually; all expenses covered).
Schedule & Compensation:
Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Salary: $70,000 per year
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 5 paid sick/personal days, and major holidays off and paid
Summer Schedule:
Approximately 8 weeks of domestic travel in New York (Hamptons and Manhattan).

Qualifications:
Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Current passport; ability to travel internationally if needed.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Clear background check and verifiable professional references.
Pet-friendly and comfortable working in a household with a dog.
