MEMCO is seeking Commercial Floor Installers for projects in Rio Grande Valley. We are looking for experienced and reliable individuals to install various types of flooring in commercial buildings.

• Measure and prepare work areas for flooring installation.
• Install carpet, tile, vinyl, hardwood, and other flooring materials.
• Cut and fit flooring materials to ensure proper installation.
• Use tools such as saws, glue, and heat welders for installation.
• Inspect and repair damaged flooring when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

• Previous experience as a floor installer preferred.
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to use flooring installation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift materials, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
