Job Description

Facility Maintenance Supervisor needs 2 years' technical degree or 5 years' experience as an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, or completion of an apprenticeship program.
Facility Maintenance Supervisor requires:
-Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
-4 year degree related engineering, construction management or business management (Preferred).
-- Proven experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related field sufficient to deal with service and repair requests.
-OSHA codes and regulations
-BMS systems
-Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and special and emergency events as needed.
-Required to use a variety of hand and power tools, and man lift.
-Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes ability to: climb ladders, work in restricted spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.
-Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification (Preferred).
-Open to learning CMMS system
-Valid driver's license
-Lift 50 lbs
-Good background, clean
Facility Maintenance Supervisor duties:
-Supervise and provide guidance to a team of facilities technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.
-Coordinate and prioritize work orders and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources.
-Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 35.00 Per Hour
