Job Description

Facility Maintenance Supervisor needs 2 year technical degree or five years' experience as an Operations & Maintenance Supervisor, or completion of an apprenticeship program.
Facility Maintenance Supervisor requires:
-Lift 50lbs
-Pass background test
-Driver's license
-English/Spanish preferred
-Proficient using software systems such as Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and open to learning the functionality of a new CMMS system.
-OSHA
-BMS
-Must be able to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and special and emergency events as needed.
-Required to use a variety of hand and power tools, and man lift.
-Universal EPA Refrigeration Certification (Preferred).
-Four-year degree related engineering, construction management or business management (Preferred).
-Proven experience in facilities operations, maintenance, or a related field sufficient to deal with service and repair requests.
-Knowledge of the following trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
Facility Maintenance Supervisor duties:
- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of facilities technicians, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate and prioritize work orders and maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan of equipment and minimize downtime.
