👷 What You'll Be Doing :

• Build and manage your own pipeline of homeowners

• Perform inspections and guide homeowners through the roofing process

• Close deals and coordinate with our fulfillment team for smooth installs

• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and drive

✅ You're a Great Fit If You :

• Have 2+ years experience in outside sales

• Are confident, coachable, and hungry for success

• Communicate like a pro and aren't afraid to knock doors or work referrals

• Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, team-first environment

 👉Requirements :

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks

• Ability to travel to Annual Sales Training

• Ability to carry 50 lbs.

• Ability to thrive in the outdoors in various weather conditions

• Willingness to work 10 am - 8 pm Monday - Friday, Saturdays required
