About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its international operations, with a specific focus on the flagship international endeavor. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader, responsible for stewarding educational quality, driving business development, and managing international growth in alignment with the company's innovative, team-based educational approach. This role is pivotal, blending the responsibilities of a CEO and strategic venture leader, and requires an entrepreneurial mindset, financial fluency, and a deep understanding of both education and business. The Executive Director will ensure the fidelity of the educational model across all international campuses, work closely with the Head of School to oversee innovation, and maintain the integrity of the company's brand and mission. Ideal candidates for the Executive Director position will have a proven track record in managing complex, multi-campus, or international educational organizations, and be equally comfortable with academic values and entrepreneurial realities. Fluency in English is required, with a strong preference for fluency in Spanish. The role demands a strategic mindset, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to lead through influence, particularly in diverse cultural contexts. Experience in private or international schools is highly desirable, as is a background in HR, legal compliance, and corporate governance. The Executive Director will be expected to be an agile communicator, a thoughtful risk-taker, and a culturally fluent leader, ready to grow the international operations from the ground up.
