TalentBridge Solutions is seeking dedicated Event Staff to support live events, corporate functions, and on-site operations in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, direct client interaction, and being part of a fast-paced team that brings events to life. Training is provided to ensure success in all assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
Provide professional support to clients, guests, and event coordinators
Ensure event spaces remain organized, safe, and operational
Support team leaders with logistics and task coordination
Maintain a high standard of professionalism during all events
Follow operational guidelines and on-site instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working on-site and performing field-based tasks
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
