We are a team of highly trained chefs, servers, and event managers who have been serving the Nation’s capital of catering services for the past 12 years. We believe the best pairing for flawless event execution to be freshly sourced ingredients prepared by our experienced chefs, served and managed by meticulous event professionals.

My Catering Group has undergone many expansions and contracts and we're looking to expand our team with amazing, like-minded individuals to meet our consistently growing needs. Some of our operations are currently located at the Museum of History, Museum of Nature, the Canadian War Museum, Vignoble de Chelsea, 50 Sussex and more, where we will need your help to assist with our onsite and offsite banquets and events.

As a Server or Bartender with My Catering Group you'll be responsible for:

• Setting up and tearing down pre and post event
• Pre-setting tables with linens, cutlery, glassware, and any other dishware required
• Setting up bars including icing drinks, cutting/arranging garnishes, setting glassware & linens, maintaining a clean and organized bar space, and tracking inventory of bar items
• Clearing plates and a glassware to designated clearing stations
• Adapt to different styles of service including cocktail receptions, plated meals, & food station style events
• Assisting onsite managers with any assigned tasks during events and maintaining clear communication with management regarding assigned tasks
• Holding a valid SmartServe in Ontario - Needed for Bartending only

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 4-30 per week

Salary: From $18.00 per hour
