Location : Chamblee, Georgia
Schedule: All day on Saturdays and Sundays at the studio, with approximately 5 hours of remote work during the week.
Role Overview :
The Bunny Hive Atlanta is seeking a dedicated and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree, a strong background in event planning, be highly reliable, professional, self-starting, and eager to contribute to the growth of our rapidly expanding brand. This role will involve coordinating private event rentals with families, liaising with event vendors, serving as the lead during private events, assisting in the coordination and execution of large-scale seasonal events at the studio, and more.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate private event rentals with families, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for all guests.
- Work closely with event vendors to secure services and ensure event success.
- Act as the primary point of contact and lead during private events, overseeing all event logistics and operations.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale seasonal events at the studio.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative event concepts and themes.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and service throughout all events.
- Help with marketing and promotion of events to drive attendance and engagement.
- Manage event budgets and expenses effectively.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination and management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-end event design.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and some remote hours during the week.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic environment.
