Event Coordinator to join our growing team in San Antonio. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at multitasking, and has a passion for creating seamless and engaging event experiences. You will play a key role in managing event logistics, coordinating vendors, and supporting our event execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and execute in-person and hybrid events from concept to completion
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, AV, transportation, and accommodations
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Prepare detailed timelines, budgets, and event documentation
- Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown
- Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports for continuous improvement
- Ensure all events align with company branding and quality standards
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
