As an Event Marketing Assistant , you will play a key, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will receive full training across various company operations and contribute to high-profile marketing campaigns, ensuring daily objectives and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to team tasks and independently manage your assigned objectives.

• Act as the bridge between customers and the client, ensuring smooth communication and service.

• Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns by engaging with customers and stakeholders.

• Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations .

• Work to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role.

• Engage with customers, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

• Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback.

• Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance.

• Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.
