As an Event Marketing Assistant , you will play a key, customer-facing role in supporting the performance and success of our marketing teams. You will receive full training across various company operations and contribute to high-profile marketing campaigns, ensuring daily objectives and targets are met.
Respond to team tasks and independently manage your assigned objectives.
Act as the bridge between customers and the client, ensuring smooth communication and service.
Assist in meeting fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns by engaging with customers and stakeholders.
Attend all meetings and workshops to stay aligned with goals and expectations .
Work to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role.
Engage with customers, ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback.
Report regularly to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance.
Develop outstanding customer service skills in line with company standards.
A strong desire to pursue a career in marketing , sales , or customer service .
