Job Description

The Electrician Assistant supports licensed electricians by performing essential tasks that ensure job sites run efficiently and safely. This role involves preparing materials, assisting with installations, troubleshooting electrical systems, and handling physical tasks to support the team. The position is ideal for someone with experience in electrical work, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites and gather necessary tools and materials
• Assist lead electricians with installations, troubleshooting, and other electrical tasks
• Cut and bend wire, handle fixtures, outlets, motors, and components
• Operate various machines and equipment, including forklifts and manlifts
• Support the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Open communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to troubleshoot using the correct tools and equipment
