Role: Senior Elastic Path Developer - Telecom & eCommerce Integration

Location: Seattle, WA. Onsite work from office 5 days a week

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Experience Level: Mid to Senior

We are looking for an experienced Elastic Path Developer to join our team and help build scalable, API-driven eCommerce solutions tailored for telecommunications enterprises . This role will focus on integrating Elastic Path with payment systems, network bandwidth management platforms, and partner management tools, Integrating with CMS, ERP, PIM etc., for leading telecom providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Elastic Path Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integrations with telecom-focused platforms.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to connect eCommerce workflows with billing systems, payment gateways, and subscription management .
• Collaborate with telecom ecosystem partners to enable seamless customer experiences across digital commerce and network services.
• Integrate Elastic Path with network bandwidth management systems , allowing real-time data tracking for customer plans and service upgrades.
• Implement authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT) for secure access to APIs.
• Work with DevOps teams to optimize deployment using AWS, GCP, or Azure , ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Debug and optimize Elastic Path Cortex API performance for high-traffic telecom applications.
• Support multi-tenant, cloud-based architectures and ensure compliance with telecom security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR).

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of hands-on development experience with Elastic Path Commerce Cloud or similar headless eCommerce platforms .

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs .
• Experience integrating payment gateways (Stripe, Adyen, Braintree) and telecom billing solutions.
• Familiarity with telecom-specific platforms like OSS/BSS, network provisioning, and partner management tools.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture , cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines .
• Proficiency in working with GraphQL, JSON, OAuth2, and JWT authentication .
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and subscription management integrations .
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

🔹 Experience with network bandwidth management systems (e.g., Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia platforms).

🔹 Familiarity with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.

🔹 Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation.

🔹 Prior experience in the telecommunications industry especially with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T etc.,
