We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to champion health and safety at our manufacturing facility. If you're passionate about workplace safety and ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:Ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Develop and deliver safety training for employees at all levels.
Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Maintain safety records, training logs, and compliance documentation.
Assist in updating and enforcing health and safety policies.
Coordinate emergency response drills and inspect safety equipment.
Foster a culture of safety through daily interaction and employee engagement.
2+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
OSHA 30 certification (required); additional certifications are a plus.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Strong communication and training skills.
Attention to detail with a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS software.
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
