We are looking to hire experienced Direct Support Professional's to work with Individual's experiencing Intellectual Disabilities
We have the following shifts available:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm
Saturday, Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm
Job Duties:
- Assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing (if necessary per needs)
- Completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying
- Helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule
- Organizing with transportation arrangements to appointments and community outings.
- Shopping for groceries and preparing meals that meet specific client dietary needs
- Encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities
- Helping with organization skills
- Prompting and redirecting negative behaviors
- Behavioral and Mental Support
Requirements:
- CPR/First Aid
- US Work Authorization
- Clearance of Background check
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience in Health Care
