Job Description

We are seeking a level 2 Document Retrieval Specialist to join the DR team at a large healthcare client. This person will be responsible for handling medical records through 8 different document methods. This person will experience a high volume of records and is 90% placing outbound calls and will require an excellent phone presence. Ideal candidate will be local to Morristown, NJ where they will be fully onsite for the first 90 days and then will transition to a remote schedule per manager discretion.

Required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in claim history, ideally in the medical field
Knowledge of medical records and their makeup
Excellent interpersonal skills
