We are looking for a positive-minded, people-loving, energetic District Manager with a passion for people, hospitality, and serving delicious, healthy food. As Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • 7+ years of direct Management experience - resume MUST reflect this, if not kindly do not apply
  • Job tenure must average 2-3 years with current and recent employers
  • Food cost management
  • Inventory ordering
  • Food preparation
  • Able to coordinate and manage repairs
  • HR responsibilities and people management
  • Manages and maintains safe working conditions
  • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
  • Interview and recommend applicants for selection in hiring
  • Oversee inventory, quality, and safety, including COVID protocols
  • Pleasant, respectful, and approachable demeanor
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Lead your team with empathy, fairness, and clear direction while building teamwork
  • Manage store’s profitability
  • Immediately and respectfully resolve guest requests and concerns

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the mission and growth of Greenbar
  • Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
  • High standards of visual aesthetic and presentation
  • Very detailed oriented and organized
  • Understanding of a start-up culture and wearing multiple hats
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Possess strongly developed leadership and communication skills
  • POS and back-office computer skills (Clover, 7shifts, Google Suite, Microsoft Office);
  • Hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus
  • You have at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Full P&L responsibility including budgets, forecasting, food, and labor cost controls.
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Greenbar operations
  • Fast casual, fast food Industry and/or restaurant
  • Mentoring and developing team members
  • Willingness to learn and grow with in a growing business
  • Comfortable creating and implementing SOPs
  • Food handlers license
  • Culinary experience, hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year plus bonuses.
