Reports To: Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of insurance agents and staff managers.
• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to achieve growth goals.
• Coach for improvement through consistent communication and accountability.
• Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities and drive profitability.
• Strengthen relationships within the community to enhance brand awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales leadership or insurance management experience.
• Active Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven ability to coach and inspire sales teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
