We are seeking a reliable Dispatcher with a logistics background and strong customer service skills to coordinate shipments and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with clients, drivers, and vendors to ensure timely service
• Monitor routes and resolve delays or issues in real-time
• Maintain accurate records and logs
• Provide exceptional customer support and problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiar with dispatch software and routing tools
