The Director, Talent Acquisition, leads the recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting and hiring top talent, especially for technical roles. This role works closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure the company meets its staffing needs effectively. This is a full-time position in our Phoenix, AZ office with a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include developing and executing hiring strategies, leading and mentoring the recruitment team, overseeing recruitment of engineers, developers, and IT professionals, staying updated on technical hiring trends, implementing innovative sourcing methods, improving recruitment processes, promoting employer branding, ensuring positive candidate experience, and leading diversity and inclusion efforts. The role requires strong leadership, technical recruiting knowledge, excellent communication, analytical skills, a bachelor's degree, 7+ years recruitment experience with 3+ years in leadership, and relevant certifications are a plus.
