JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the organization's operations. This role involves overseeing talent management, organizational development, compliance, employee relations, and HR policies across multiple regions. The director ensures that HR initiatives align with business objectives while fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
SALARY RANGE : $155,000-$165,000
