This individual will be responsible for leading a team to cultivate relationships with donors, secure funding through grants and major gifts, and enhance the client's brand and messaging. The Director will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to create and execute a comprehensive fundraising plan that aligns with the client's mission and goals.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nonprofit fundraising and communications, with experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies. They will have a passion for social justice and a commitment to ending family homelessness through education and economic empowerment. The Director will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, able to engage and inspire donors and stakeholders to support the client's mission.
