Your Mission

Unison seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to leverage their expertise in lead generation and online customer acquisition. This experience will be instrumental in implementing our organic search strategy, driving positive organic traffic growth, and increasing website visibility. You'll also play a key role in optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to content marketing efforts. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to delve into technical SEO and manage various digital advertising initiatives.

Within one month, you'll:

• Learn about the industry, our business model and the product
• Develop content marketing strategies (themes, etc.)
• Drive content creation and programming by collaborating with editorial and marketing teams
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing (SEM)
• Learn about internal ad campaign structure and reporting capabilities
• Use social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the site of the organization

Within 3 months, you'll:

• Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the search engine optimization (SEO) landscape
• Ensure newly developed code meets SEO best practices by working with the development team
• Perform day-to-day digital ad campaign optimizations
• Search for opportunities to optimize website architecture٫ content٫ linking and other factors in the interest of improving organic positions for target keywords
• Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvements

Within 6 months, you'll:

• Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users
• Assist in the development of digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
• Provide reporting on internal KPI's from active digital ad campaigns
• Conceptualize and execute link building strategy
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links
• Drive targeted and engaged traffic to the website through effective community-building

Position requirements are:

• Proven SEO and SEM experience, preferably in a finance or compliance regulate industry
• 1-3 years experience in content creation for SEO purposes
• 1-3 years experience managing PPC and social media campaigns across Google, and all major social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and more.
• Sound comprehension of performance marketing٫ conversion٫ and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g٫ Google Analytics٫ Google Search Console, MOZ/SEM Rush)
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Working knowledge of HTML٫ CSS٫ and JavaScript development and constraints
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
• Continually current on latest trends and best practices in SEO
• BS/BA degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
