We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Digital Designer to join our team. This individual will play a key role in bringing engaging visuals to life across all digital platforms. You’ll design digital assets for email, social, ads, and more—while ensuring brand consistency and user experience best practices. 

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing designs for various digital marketing initiatives and media.
  • Experience in generating email campaigns and templates, social media graphics, and presentations that follow branding guidelines and direction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create visuals that align with business goals.
  • Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling design concepts with strong attention to detail.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual communications. 
  • Stay current with design trends, digital best practices, and platform requirements (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Experience in Figma and drag and drop website design tools would be a plus (e.g. Webflow, wix, etc).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital executions and digital marketing strategies, including email and social media (ie Meta, Google, TikTok, etc). 
  • Proficiency in digital and graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD), and Klaviyo.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on a lead generation site is a plus and experience in Webflow is a major plus.
  • Knowledge of AI, video editing software, and motion graphics is a plus.
