Position Summary
The Dental Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the dental practice. Responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, and staff coordination, the Dental Practice Manager services as a central point of contact for both internal team members and external stakeholders. This role involves managing schedules, handling patient inquiries, maintaining records, and implementing office policies and procedures. The Dental Practice Manager also collaborates with dentists and other staff to optimize patient care delivery and enhance the overall patient experience. Exceptional organizational, communication, and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
