We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Westford Smiles Dental Center as a Front Office Receptionist.
We are a digital modern dental office. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our loyal patient family. Y ou will also assist with our social media presence and multimedia content.
This is a long term position with growth opportunities.
It is a Full-Time position , Mon-Fri, offering a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

  MUST HAVE 

• Work Experience in DENTAL OFFICE  
• Some College education desired

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors & patients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide relevant information.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to promote our office's services, events and updates.

General Requirements

• Experience with dental reception duties and customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Be organized & prompt
