Monday – Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:Pecan Grove Dental is seeking a professional, experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-focused team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for providing excellent patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a professional chairside manner
Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
Take radiographs using standard dental radiographic equipment
Prepare treatment rooms and review patient charts after appointments
Accurately log data during exams and transcribe doctor’s notes
Maintain doctor’s schedule and ensure smooth patient flow
Clean and disinfect treatment rooms and equipment
Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA
Understand and use dental terminology appropriately
Verify and document patient health history and medications
Assist with lab work and other office duties as needed
Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of Texas
Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and radiographic techniques
Lab knowledge a plus
