Pay Range: $80 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce HCM solutions.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration processes.
• Work with XML imports and exports to facilitate data integration.
• Utilize API knowledge to develop and maintain integrations with various systems.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure successful data migration and system integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on Dayforce HCM functionalities.
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Dayforce, HCM Integration, SAP Success Factors.
• Proven experience with Dayforce HCM implementation and integration.
• Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies.
• Experience with integrating Dayforce HCM with various systems, including:
• Equifax for employment verification.
• Salesforce for gas commissions.
• Concur for payroll import.
• SAP for severance remittance, severance payments, GL posting data, time data, third-party payments, and appliance loan finance information.
• Voya for deferral and loan to payroll, financial allocations, and demographic and eligibility data.
• Banking for optionee data.
• Client/EyeMed/Client for contributions.
• Client for reporting.
• Benevity for payroll deduction and success file (remittance).
• UNUM for FMLA and LTD eligibility.
• Alight for monthly pension earnings file, demographic and indicative data, and payroll instruction.
• Inspira (Payflex) for FSA and HSA allocations.
• Mercer (Choice) for eligibility, deductions, and remittance.
• Credit Union for deductions/remittance and missed deductions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Proven experience with HCM Integrations.
• Ability to deliver quality work to specs and on time.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team and collaborate efficiently.
