We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Data Entry Typist to join our team. This role involves typing, transcribing, and entering data into our systems accurately and quickly. You will be working remotely and need to be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure the quality of work.
Key Responsibilities :
Type and input data into digital systems, ensuring accuracy and speed.
Transcribe handwritten or scanned documents into editable digital formats.
Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and correct them.
Organize and maintain files for easy access and retrieval.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.
Perform additional administrative tasks when required.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree is a plus).
Previous typing or data entry experience preferred but not required.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 words per minute).
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with word processing software (Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, focused work environment.
